- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 2 to 3 business days.
- Priority Shipping: If available, this option may offer next-day delivery or 2-day delivery, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather conditions, third-party carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and the weight of your order. If any promotional discounts or offers are available (such as free shipping), they will be applied automatically at checkout.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may have extended delivery times.
6. Shipping Carrier
We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to deliver your orders. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your shipping method and location.
7. Tracking Your Order

You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
8. Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number. Please double-check this information before completing your order.
- If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver your order. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to correct the delivery information or resend the package.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier (if applicable) and provide solutions such as replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide images of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
10. Order Issues or Delays
While we aim to ship your order promptly, there are occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume periods. In such cases, we appreciate your patience. If your order is delayed significantly, we will notify you as soon as possible.
11. Changing Your Shipping Information
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee that any changes will be made before your order is shipped.
